Our mission is to provide comprehensive and high quality behavioral health services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We act in the best interest of our clients in mind and strive to improve the behavioral health of our clients and their families. We utilize applied behavior analysis as a behavioral science to provide highest quality services through our highly trained and clinically competent professionals. We support our clients to achieve a greater independence in collaboration with their families, community, therapy team, public agencies and other professionals. We treat our clients with respect and confidentiality and empower families to assist their loved ones to have the ability to function in their daily lives.

What we do:

  • A referral to a comprehensive psychological evaluation and a diagnostic assessment including evaluation of learning needs and barriers to learning that recommends – referring or treating based on the needs stated in the evaluation
  • The development of individual treatment plans specific to the behavioral needs of the individual and the family based on assessed need which is meaningful to the individual and addresses his behavior health and welfare
  • We provide services at the point where individual experiences behavioral health problems such as homes, school or the community. Our professional services include a Board Certified Behavior Analysts or Licensed Behavior Specialist Consultant, Registered Behavior Technician, and case manager
  • We provide coordination and collaboration with other agencies to ensure continuity of services
  • We refer cases to other human services providers and community agencies for adjunct services such as medication, social services, educational and juvenile justice services
  • Systematic application of Applied behavior Analysis interventions based on empirically derived principles of behavior to improve socially meaningful behaviors
  • Provide training to caregivers and collaborate with families on individual’s treatment
  • Provide prudent use of community resources and high quality of care for patients

Our Planning:

We utilize Person Centered Planning (PCP) principles to facilitates Individual Support Plan

  • We use the incorporated PCP to identify the individual’s priorities; address health and welfare needs and provide the information needed to support the person successfully
  • PCP focuses on the individual’s strength, interests and preferences to achieve a balance of what is important to the person and for the person
  • PCP supports an individual to express what is important to them in their life
  • It helps those who support the individual to learn ways to communicate with the individual to obtain an understanding of what he or she needs and wants
