Mental Health Office Coordinator
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services recommended
- Must have a minimum of one year office experience with Mental Health / Behavioral Health Agency
- Must be familiar with billing procedures for a healthcare company
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Must be familiar with copier and facsimile
- Fluency in multiple languages is preferred but not required
Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a certification as a BCaBA
- Have a certification as an RBT
- Have a certification as a BCAT
- Have a behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA services
- A minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Licensed Behavior Consultant (LBC)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree or higher in school, clinical, developmental or counseling psychology, special education, social work, speech therapy, occupational therapy, professional counseling, behavioral analysis, nursing or another related field
- Must be Licensed in the State of Pennsylvania
- At least 1 (one) year of experience involving functional behavior assessments of individuals under twenty‐one (21) years of age, including the development and implementation of behavioral supports or treatment plans
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree or higher in school, clinical, developmental or counseling psychology, special education, social work, speech therapy, occupational therapy, professional counseling, behavioral analysis, nursing or another related field
- BCBA must be board certified
- Must be Licensed in the State of Pennsylvania
